1. The fixing procedure shal be taken in a dry, dust free and clean environment,the sealing chamber as well as the seal must be kept clean

2. To minimize friction resistance, lubricant or at cating on the auxliary seaing surface is required. Caution: use water or soapsuds instead of mineraloll or fat if for seals made ot rubber materia

3.To those seals which are of spring driven, pay attention to the circle direction of the sping. Usually observed in a direcion from back static ring to circleB.ring. the shaft rotating in clockwise way shal fix with right circled spring and on the contrary wtth left circled spring.

4.Working height of the spring shall reach fixing helgfixina diagram

5.Collision and knock on the seals must be strictly prohibited during seals tixing.Avoid collision and knock on the shaft, shaft cover, sealing cover etc.after fixed sealing,so as to prevent sealin.

After-fix attentions when start the machine

1. Let out al the ail inside seaing chamber, especially in case double headed sealng with sealing cement. When restart the machme, open entry valvefirst, switch on the motor until when mediums fully entered into the chamberTo those sedimentary medium, before restart the machine, rinse off the sediment on the sealing gland, spring or other linkingpants firsi

2.Before starting the machine check by hand iithe resistance force of the rotation shaft is normal and unlform. No blockage and unsmoothness shalloccur.

3. Before the machine stants running, the hermetic compartment shallbe full of medium and wellubricated. Dry friction which may lead to the damage ofthe air-tightness is strictly forbidden.
